ZAPA MICROFIBREON is a concrete meeting the requirements of ČSN EN 206 (including national supplements) reinforced with synthetic microfibers. Concrete with a guaranteed dose of polypropylene microfibers to reduce plastic shrinkage and to protect against concrete blasting in fire. The concrete has a modified recipe to guarantee the prescribed workability, even distribution of the fibers without the risk of segregation. It is suitable for structures where there is a risk of cracks due to plastic shrinkage and for fire protected escape routes where fibers prevent concrete from being blasted during a fire. Like ZAPA QUICKFLOOR, it ensures a reduction in the time required to finish the surface by up to half compared to conventional concrete. Thanks to these properties, significantly larger areas can be finalized in a normal work shift, thus significantly increasing efficiency and reducing labor and machinery costs.
