We recommend that you include your name and contact information in the report. If a report is received at the internal contact address, the sender will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days and feedback within three months on planned and already taken follow-up measures as well as the reasons for them, provided that this does not impair internal inquiries or investigations. We are of course willing to discuss the matter with the whistleblower.

The protection of the whistleblower is important to us – we do not tolerate any retaliatory measures due to complaints or reports. The identity of the whistleblower is protected by law (No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers). If we learn that whistleblowers have suffered reprisals as a result of their report, either internally or at one of our suppliers, we will take appropriate action.

In accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, notifications can also be submitted through the external notification system established by the Ministry of Justice.

In addition, there are corresponding reporting procedures for reports to European Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies.
