ZAPA FIBREON is a concrete with a guaranteed dose of polypropylene fibers to increase the bending stiffness and can be used as a substitute for traditional curry nets. The concrete has a modified recipe to guarantee the prescribed workability, even distribution of the fibers without the risk of segregation. It is suitable for structures exposed to impact and risk of cracking. It is possible to use it in combination with conventional reinforcement, or to use reinforcement with synthetic fibers only after approval by the structural engineer. Compared to the use of steel fibers, it is free from corrosion and is therefore more suitable for external use. Like ZAPA QUICKFLOOR, it ensures a reduction in the time required to finish the surface by up to half compared to conventional concrete. Thanks to these properties, significantly larger areas can be finalized in a normal work shift, thus significantly increasing efficiency and reducing labor and machinery costs.
